I am a personal development and executive coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation, and a trained team coach. My passion is in facilitating people and organisations to learn, expand their thinking and awareness, and to grow.

My own learning has been shaped by a career in management, senior leadership and board roles, mostly in the charity and not for profit sector, and from working with some extraordinary people. 

Outside work, music is a passion and I have challenged myself later in life to learn to play the piano and sing.
